This is a Dangeresque film which is called Dangeresque: Put 'Em On Ice (originally released as Dangeresque 4). I know it's weird that it comes before Dangeresque 3: The Criminal Projective, but I guess that's how Strong Bad wanted Dangeresque 3 and 4.
